A Step-By-Step Guide
to our service process
Book Your Appointment:
Head over to our "Book Online" page and select either "First Visit" or the specific service you need from our menu. You’ll fill out a brief form to let us know what issues you're experiencing or what services you’re interested in. You'll then have the convenience of choosing an appointment time that fits your schedule. We offer flexible booking options because your time is valuable.
Your First Visit:
During your scheduled appointment, one of our experienced marine techs will come to your boat*. If you haven’t selected a specific service, we'll perform a comprehensive assessment of your boat's performance, including diagnostic tests.
If you're on-site, our techs will walk you through their findings, answering any questions and providing expert advice. We take our time because we care about getting it right.

Your Customized Quote:
Back at our office, we’ll carefully research and source the best parts from reliable suppliers to ensure quality and durability. We’ll then prepare a written quote, which we’ll email to you for approval. Our transparent pricing ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Approve & Deposit:
​Once you approve the quote, we’ll email you an invoice for a 50% deposit. This deposit allows us to order the necessary parts, which often come from various suppliers across the U.S. To keep our prices fair and manageable, we require this deposit, as most parts are non-returnable or carry steep restocking fees. We stand behind the quality of the parts we use, ensuring your boat gets the best.

Parts Ordered and Arrival Updates:
After your deposit is received and processed, you’ll get an email or text confirming your parts have been ordered. Since delivery times depend on the suppliers, we’ll let you know when the parts arrive. Once the parts are in our hands, we’ll inspect them for quality and contact you to schedule your final service appointment.

Your Final Appointment:
A skilled technician will return to complete the service on your boat with the highest attention to detail. Upon completion, the remaining balance of your invoice will be due. We offer secure and convenient payment options, including various electronic methods, ensuring your payment process is as smooth as the service itself.

If you live outside of Lake Country, a trip charge will apply and be due at the time of your first visit.
